Face the Facts: New Laws in Effect in Connecticut

New laws took effect in Connecticut on October 1. The minimum wage went up to $11 an hour, tax on prepared meals at the grocery store went up to 7.35% and the smoking age is up to 21 for all tobacco products including vaping products.
