Kahlil Dukes is King of the Court

Khalil Dukes is not only the star for Capital Prep in Hartford, he is also the leading scorer in the state, averaging just under 30 points per game. Dukes is obviously looked at as a leader, but his biggest suprise is that he is only a 14 year-old freshman.
