Snow Removal Efforts Delayed in Waterbury

Waterbury city crews were supposed to clean up snow in the downtown area Tuesday.That plan was delayed to give them some much needed rest but there is still a lot more work to do.With the sidewalks covered in snow, people say walking across the Baldwin Street Bridge has become dangerous.
