DOT Says No More Traffic Lights On Route 9 In Middletown

Representatives from Connecticut’s Department of Transportation will soon be revealing new plans to improve traffic flow on busy Route 9 in Middletown by eliminating two sets of traffic signals at Exits 15 and 16.
