Donovan Campaign Does Damage Control

New campaign manager Tom Swan addressed the media today on behalf of Chris Donovan. He stressed that Donovan is not a target of a federal investigation and that Donovan would not be stepping down as Speaker or Congressional candidate. He also made it clear that they are fully cooperating with authorities.
