Governor Campaigns Making Final Overtures

Democratic Gubernatorial Nominee Ned Lamont provided a pledge to public sector unions. Republicans have said throughout the campaign that SEBAC must be reopened or renegotiated as part of the conversation to balance the state budget, which currently faces a two-year $4.6 billion shortfall.
