Litter Problem in West Haven

Walking down Campbell Avenue in West Haven…you can see how the litter starts piling up. A few pieces on the sidewalk some on the street mainly outside downtown businesses.The Mayor says the Police Department is also looking into raising the fines for littering. But he does say it will have to be a community-wide effort…between the city, residents and businesses and that’s something that everyone can agree on.
