Man Charged After Child Finds Bag of Drugs at East Haven Subway

The East Haven Police Department has released surveillance video from inside a Subway showing a customer dropping a bag of cocaine and fentanyl in the chip display. A child discovers the bag of drugs a short time later. The New Haven man who allegedly dropped the bag has been arrested.
