Mom Gets Charged With Two Counts of Risk of Injury

Donna Taylor appeared in Middletown Superior Court today as she faces two counts of risk of injury to minors. Witnesses told Middletown police that Taylor was intoxicated when she drove her two sons to a party where she continued to drink. People at the party called her ex-husband, who then called police.
