Newborn Left at Hospital

A newborn baby was brought into the Mid-State Medical Center just after midnight. The person that brought the newborn in was not the mother of the child. Police are looking for the mother to check on her condition. The mother would not face any charges under Connecticut’s Safe Haven Law.
