Police Reveal More Details About Hartford Homicide

A 16-year old and an 18-year-old were arrested Wednesday and charged in the shooting death of a 63-year-old man in Hartford on Sunday afternoon. Police said the victim, Jeffrey Worrell, was an innocent bystander who was shot while he was sitting in a park.
