Proposed Helmet Law Inspired by Teen Killed in Skateboarding Crash

Holly Irwin’s son Conor died of a head injury after a skateboarding accident. Holly created a bill known as Conor’s Law, which would require children 15 and under to wear protective headgear while skateboarding, roller skating or in-line skating.
