Rocky Hill Residents Upset About A New Nursing Home For Prisoners

Dozens of residents showed up for a meeting at Town Hall to declare their displeasure against a nursing home for prisoner’s. The facility is supposed to open up in the old Rocky Hill Nursing Home building in February, but residents are signing a petition and have filed a lawsuit to keep the facility from opening.
