Suspect in Puppy Doe to Be Charged With Animal Abuse

Police have made an arrest in connection with a brutal animal abuse case that has gained national attention.New Britain police said Radoslaw Czerkawski, 32, of Poland, has been charged as a fugitive from justice.During a news conference on Monday afternoon, Quincy, Massachusetts police said Czerkawski is on his way to Quincy and will be arraigned on Tuesday on charges that include 11 counts of cruelty to animals.
