Teachers Prepare Modular Classrooms at Tolland School

Teachers were allowed into new modular classrooms at the Birch Grove Primary School in Tolland on Tuesday to prepare them for the school year ahead. The modular classrooms are being used while the school is rebuilt due to a crumbling foundation.
