Father of Sex Assault Victim Relieved Suspect in Custody

Hartford police captured Antonio Ponder on Wednesday. They say he randomly attacked, raped, beat up and robbed an 18-year-old in New Britain earlier this month, and family members are relieved he’s in custody the streets.
