Truck Crash Causes Major Delays on I-91 in Hartford

A truck rolled over and dumped it’s load of lumber in the southbound lanes of I-91 in Hartford on Wednesday afternoon. The accident shut down the southbound side of the highway and caused massive delays through rush hour.
