Innocent Bystander Shot and Killed in Hartford Had Just Recovered From COVID

The wife of the innocent bystander who was shot and killed on Zion Street in Hartford Tuesday had just recovered from COVID-19 and was out getting a hot dog for lunch, according to his wife.
