Doug Greene joined the NBC Connecticut News team in 1990.

Before coming to NBC Connecticut, Doug reported at KWCH in Kansas and KCAU in Iowa.

He also worked as news director and anchor at an independent cable station in New Jersey.  During his tenure, the New Jersey station was honored as the "Best Local Cable Newscast in The United States."

Doug is a graduate of Princeton University.
