The percentage of positive coronavirus tests in Connecticut remains below one percent and no new deaths have been reported.
An additional 492 people tested positive for coronavirus since Friday. With 55,317 tests performed over the weekend, that is about a 0.9% positivity rate.
With no new fatalities since Friday, the death toll remains at 4,460.
The state's net hospitalizations have increased by three, bringing the total to 57.
Governor Ned Lamont said Danbury's coronavirus spike is worrisome. The city is now seeing a 7% positivity rate, Lamont said.
Lamont reiterated that areas surrounding Danbury are not yet seeing a flair up in coronavirus cases.

The spike in coronavirus cases in Danbury prompted Western Connecticut State University to temporarily move all classes online and bar students from returning to residence halls for at least two weeks. Nearly 900 students were expected to begin moving into dorms on Sunday, but school President John Clark announced the new restrictions on Saturday.
