Hundreds of high school and college students received the COVID-19 vaccine this weekend at clinics in Middletown and New Britain.
The state has a few different vaccine clinics that are open to residents with no appointments on Sunday.
The clinics will be held in Hamden, Meriden, New Haven and Uncasville and are open to Connecticut residents or anyone who works or studies in the state.
Hamden
Hamden Mayor Curt Leng said there will be a walk-up vaccine clinic from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday. The clinic will take place at Christian Tabernacle Baptist Church on Newhall Street. The church is partnering with Griffin Health, the state Department of Health and the town of Hamden. Those who attend will receive the first dose of the Moderna vaccine.

Meriden
The FEMA mobile COVID-19 vaccination van is in Meriden on Sunday and is available for walk-up appointments. It is parked at 13 Orange Street. Anyone 16 or older is eligible to come get their Pfizer vaccine from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Any minor must be accompanied by an adult.
New Haven
A mass vaccination site put on by Yale New Haven Health will be held at the Floyd Little Athletic Center in New Haven from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday. No appointments are necessary and attendees will receive the Pfizer vaccine.
Uncasville
Yale New Haven Health is also holding a vaccine clinic at Mohegan Sun on Sunday. The clinic will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Anyone who attends the clinic will receive a first dose of the Pfizer vaccine.
