It seems that more than just business was being conducted at Romantix Adult Video store in Milford. Police have arrested six people after a sting operation at the store on Boston Post Road.
Officers began an undercover operation at Romantix, after receiving a number of complaints. In the course of their operation, the officers allege the suspects either groped or exposed themselves.
All six are due in court in March.
Fabiano Teixeira, 25, of Bridgeport was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault and public indecency; Glenn McGarvey, 51, of Stratford was charged with public indecency; Rubin Gonzalez, 18, of Bridgeport, was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault; William Caputo, 46, of West Haven, was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault; Elpidio Madeloso, 35, of New Haven, was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault; Lawson Ward, 67, of Milford.
Teixeira is accused of exposing his genitals to an undercover office and then grabbing the detective’s genitals.
McGarvey and Ward are accused of exposing his genitals to an undercover officer.
Gonzalez, Madeloso and Caputo are accused of grabbing a detective’s genitals.
