Spirit has announced new nonstop flights from Bradley International Airport to Puerto Rico.
The airline said the nonstop service will be from Bradley to San Juan three times a week.
The new flights are expected to launch on June 7.
“Spirit Airlines has been an important partner and key to our route network development strategy. The addition of new, nonstop service to San Juan gives our passengers more opportunities to travel affordably," said Kevin Dillon, executive director of the Connecticut Airport Authority.

Special intro fares start at $59 one way.
Spirit Airlines recently launched its first nonstop flight to Montego Bay, Jamaica. The airline also operates nonstop service to Fort Myers, Myrtle Beach, Orlando and Tampa.
"We recently launched our Montego Bay route, and we're excited to add another fun Caribbean route to San Juan," said Vice President of Network Planning John Kirby said.
