Emergency crews rescued a man from the water near Ash Creek in Fairfield Thursday.
Fairfield fire officials said they were called in for a missing swimmer just after 6 p.m. Crews pulled the victim from the water and he was taken to the hospital. The victim’s condition is unknown at this time.
No other details were immediately available.
