Two of the top contenders for the 2016 presidential campaign — Hillary Clinton and Chris Christie — are sharing co-billing Thursday at the high-profile Clinton Global Initiative “America Meeting.” Their joint presence at the meeting marks the first opportunity for a direct comparison of the two for a campaign that remains years away but effectively has already begun, NBC News reported. Clinton, who has mostly avoided the political spotlight since stepping down as secretary of state on Feb. 1, will give the keynote speech on Thursday morning at the conference organized by former President Bill Clinton’s foundation. The speech will focus on the U.S. economy. Christie will speak Friday evening.
