About 20 to 25 people gathered outside the Hartford Police Department for a vigil in memory of Freddie Gray, whose death in Baltimore police custody caused riots.
The police department accommodated the Light of Hope Vigil for Freddie Gray on the department's front steps, Hartford Deputy Chief Brian Foley tweeted just after 3:30 p.m. with the hashtag, #BuildingTrust.
