A 24-year-old Hartford man was arrested in connection with a brawl at a strip club in Springfeidl, Massachusetts.
Police responded to a large disturbance at “Mardi Gras,” at 91 Taylor Street, just before 2 a.m. on Tuesday and found a 31-year-old man bleeding profusely from with a large gaping wound on his face from his forehead to the tip of his nose.
Emergency crews called an ambulance and started investigating.
Witnesses and bar employees pointed out a man wearing a sleeveless Budweiser T-shirt who police said had picked up a Grey Goose bottle and hit the victim in the head with it.
The officers broke up the disturbance and arrested Fraynned Ramirez, 24, of Hartford, and charged him with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and mayhem.
The victim was taken to a local hospital for emergency surgery.
