L.L. Bean will be coming to The Shops at Yale and the two-level store is expected to open this summer.
Yale says a lease was signed to open at the development at 272 Elm St., a development project under construction, which will be home to new graduate student apartments as well as two retail suites.
This will be the fourth L.L. Bean in Connecticut and it's expected to create 60 jobs.
There are currently retail stores at Danbury Fair Mall in Danbury and at the Promenade Shops at Evergreen Walk in South Windsor and there is an outlet at the Orange Meadows Shopping Center in Orange.
