Police arrested a Westbrook man Tuesday on child pornography charges in connection to an investigation during his time living in Guilford.
Guilford police began investigating Gary Felsted, 65, in a child pornography possession case in February.
Police searched his Guilford home and seized "a large amount of computer equipment," including hard drives and DVDs, police said in a news release.
The CT State Scientific Services Lab analyzed the evidence seized and found "several hundred files, videos and still images" of child pornography, police said.
"At this time there is no evidence that Felsted made physical contact with any children," police said.
Police charged Felsted with first-degree possession of child pornography, promoting a minor in an obscene performance and obscenity.
He was held in custody on a $150,000 bond and was scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday.
