Thanksgiving is still around the corner, but Santa is already out at Lighthouse Point Park in New Haven where the 17th Annual Fantasy of Lights got started today.

More than 60 sparkling scenes are on display. This is also the first year the display is going green with fourteen scenes featuring eco-friendly LED bulbs.

Each display boast a different sponsor with proceeds benefiting Easter Seals. The park opens at 5 p.m. daily. Admission is $10 for passenger cars.

And if it’s still too early, no need to fret. The display will be open through Jan. 7, 2012.
