Andy Samberg impersonated Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel on Conan O'Brien's "Just For Laughs Chicago" Tuesday taping.

Conan O'Brien brings "da mayor" out of Andy Samberg while in Chicago.

A day after O'Brien let Mayor Rahm Emanuel test his Chicago "citizenship" during Monday's taping, the talk-show host coaxed Samberg into testing his mayoral impersonation on the show.
“The reason we love Rahm is because he’s got so much pent up anger,” Samberg said on the show. “You can tell that all of the things in society that drive us crazy are also gnawing away at him and he’s just on the edge of exploding.”

Samberg went on to portray Emanuel as a calm and concerned politician -- then exploded in rage as he threatened those who “cut him in line at the Wiener’s Circle.”
