Connecticut-based restaurant Maggie McFly's will be opening a new location at The Shoppes at Buckland Hills this fall.
Maggie McFly’s will occupy a 7,200-square-foot space at the mall and will feature nightly events, happy hour specials and live entertainment. The restaurant will be located next to Barnes & Noble and will also include an outdoor patio, according to a release from the mall.
In addition to their new establishment, the business looks to promote local foods and agriculture partnering with New Milford Hospital’s Plow to Plate signature dish initiative. Plow to Plate acts as an effort to promote the well-being of Connecticut residents through healthy food choices.
The restaurant offers an expansive menu of over 180 items, including organic and gluten-free options. Bar side, Maggie McFly’s will house more than 75 craft beers.
First established in 1993, Maggie McFly’s has since expanded to four operations throughout the state: Brookfield, Glastonbury, Middlebury and Southbury. The Manchester site will be the restaurant’s fifth location.
The opening of the restaurant will bring 70 new jobs to the Manchester area. For more information on available opportunities, prospective candidates should contact the corporate office at 475-235-2766.
