Hartford Stage is hosting the Springboard Party tonight at 6 p.m. It's a networking event featuring food from Tallulah's and drinks from an open beer and wine bar. At 7:30 p.m., you can catch a performance of the Pulitzer Prize-finalist play "Dying City," created by Wethersfield native Christopher Shinn. Tickets are $40 and include the ticket, the dinner and the bar.

It's Wayback Wednesday at Room 960 in Hartford. The club has a hip metropolitan style, an atmosphere with a Manhattan look and a Miami feel. Tonight's event is hosted by Hot 93.7. DJs Craig G and Playtime will spin a mix of classic Hip Hop and R&B along with today's hits.

Starting at 6:30 p.m., you can enjoy dinner and jazz music with the Matt Criscuolo Quintet. They'll be performing at the Wilton Pizza and Pasta Jazzeria. The restaurant is known for a blend of great food and great jazz.
