The city of Hartford is modifying and limiting city services and Mayor Luke Bronin is holding a briefing this afternoon.
Bronin said the city will partially open city hall on Wednesday and he has asked employees who can work from home to do so. City services will also be limited.
The mayor said that firefighters and police officers will be on duty as usual.
He this is a fluid situation and might change. Residents should call 311 or go to the city's website for information on the services that will be affected.
