Police are investigating after two bullets were found in a school gymnasium in Bridgeport Tuesday.
Bridgeport officials said two bullets were found in the gym at the Jettie S. Tisdale School and given to a staff member and then to security.
Police were called and put the school on lock-in/lock-out for 20 to 25 minutes, during which school and classroom activities continue as planned but no one could leave or enter the building, according to local officials. No weapons were found.
The school serves students from kindergarten through eighth grade.
