A woman was killed in a accident when her jeep collided with a snow plow and a CT Transit bus in West Haven Wednesday.
The crash happened on Route 1 around 4 p.m.
The woman was rushed to St. Raphael's Hospital in New Haven where she was pronounced dead, according to police.
The bus driver was taken to the hospital to be treated for minor injuries, police said. Six passengers on the bus suffered minor injuries and refused treatment.
Route 1 was closed Wednesday evening while police investigated the cause of the accident. The plow driver was not seriously hurt.
