In Middletown, a teenager was arrested after a year-long police investigation into graffiti.
The teen left his mark on several downtown businesses, utility poles and electrical boxes, police said.
Investigators said their break in the case came when they found pictures of the graffiti on a website and tracked down the person who posted them.
The teen's name is not being released because of his age.
