Two lanes of Interstate 91 North are closed in Rocky Hill after a crash and there are heavy delays into Cromwell.
The crash is in the area of exit 23 and a wrecker responded to the scene to remove the pickup, but crews from the Department of Transportation still have to repair a pole and wires.
