Interstate 91 North in Enfield has fully reopened after a crash involving a garbage truck and a tractor-trailer on Monday morning.
Troopers responded to the northbound side of the highway near Exit 46 around 3:10 a.m.
It was reported that a garbage truck had crashed into the back of a tractor-trailer that was carrying Amazon packages.
After the crash, state police said packages were scattered across the highway.

The northbound side of the highway was closed for hours between exits 46 and 47E while the area was cleaned up. It has since fully reopened.
Minor injuries were reported.
