Five people are displaced after a fire broke out at a home in Seymour late Saturday morning.
No one was home at the time of the two-alarm fire at 16 Clifton Street, a multi-family dwelling. The fire happened at about 11:45 a.m.
The Oxford Fire Department also responded to help Seymour firefighters.
A firefighter sustained minor injuries after slipping and falling the ice.
There was significant damage to the second and third floor of the building.
The people displaced are staying with family members.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
