A man was extricated from his car and taken to Yale-New Haven Hospital after a crash at Center Street and State Street Extension, according to fire officials.
The man is between 40 and 50 and no information is available on injuries.
A state trooper who was involved in the crash was taken to Midstate Medical Center with what appear to be minor injuries. State police said the trooper was teken to the hospital just for evaluation.
