Route 9 going southbound will be close on Friday night between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m., Berlin Police said.
Cars will be detoured off of Route 9 onto Christian Lane to Massirio Drive to Mill Street and across Route 5/15 to go back onto Route 9 southbound.
Police said to expect delays and use alternative routes.
