A Florida man has settled a lawsuit with the Catholic Archdiocese of Hartford for $750,000.
William Noll, 45, sued in 2005, claiming the Rev. Stephen Foley repeatedly molested him in 1978.
Foley was an associate pastor at the time at St. Robert Bellarmine Roman Catholic Church in Windsor Locks, Noll's attorney, Robert Reardon Jr., said. He is accused of using his position to lure boys.
The archdiocese has now settled about a dozen sexual abuse cases against Foley, who remains a priest but has been ordered not to perform any church duties.
