A woman is accused of shoplifting from Walgreens in Hartford Tuesday morning and biting an employee who tried to stop her.

Police said 20-year-old Marissa Chevalier, of Enfield, was trying to steal more than $200 worth of batteries from the store at 161 Washington St.
