Cops say he wore a beige business suit

The crook who held up a Fairfield jewelry story Wednesday morning takes pride in the way he looks. Before putting on his mask, he put on work-appropriate attire -- a beige suit, cops said.

Fairfield and Bridgeport cops are now looking for the man they said held up the Shaw Jewelers in the Tunxis Hill Corner shopping center at Black Rock Turnpike and Tunxis Hill Cutoff, the Connecticut Post reports.

"The fact that he was wearing a suit shows that he probably planned this ahead of time," Perez told the Post. "He wanted to fit in and not stand out -- he dressed the part."

Police do not know what, if anything, he stole.
