Kraft Foods is pulling the popular processed cheese Velveeta from the shelves of Wal-Mart stores in 12 states, NBC News reported. The company is recalling 260 cases of 32 oz. "original" flavor Velveeta because the sorbic acid levels are too low, which could lead the food to spoil or get people sick. The recalled Velveeta wound up in mostly Midwest states like Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota and Wisconsin.
