Tuna With Sour Cream and Dill

  • 1 - 7.06 ounce foil pack of chunk tuna in water
  • ½ cup small diced red onion
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh dill
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 Tablespoons capers
  • ½ cup sour cream

Mix the tuna with the red onion, dill, lemon juice, sugar, black pepper, capers, and sour cream. Serve on toasted rye bread with sliced tomato and shredded lettuce.

Makes 4 sandwiches.
