Celebrities know that they could be recognized in public by fans. But few can say they literally stop traffic.

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson posted a video on Instagram Tuesday after a starstruck fan spotted him in his pick-up truck and ran to take a selfie with the "Baywatch" star. The man stood in the road and could not hold back his excitement as Johnson laughed and warned him to be careful of passing traffic.

"I was driving in my pick up truck after work and my guy here pulled up beside me, recognized me and started freaking out. I rolled the passenger window down to say hello and then he REALLY freaked out," Johnson wrote. "I have the greatest fans in the world, man. I appreciate that."

This isn’t Johnson’s first encounter with a fan on the road. In June 2015, Johnson posted a photo on Instagram after he had apparently sideswiped another pick-up truck, calling he and the man "two ol’ crazy buddies" after the incident.
