    There are many ways to celebrate Halloween without putting too much strain on your wallet.

    Dust off the scarecrows and jack-o-lanterns, Halloween is coming. While the holiday may be almost a month away, there is no need to wait until the 31st to start celebrating.

    Between haunted hayrides, trick-or-treating and costume parties, Connecticut has plenty to offer Halloween enthusiasts of all ages during the month leading up to All Hallow’s Eve.
