A boat has rolled over on Interstate 91 in North Haven and the left lanes are closed on both sides of the highway.
State police said the driver of the SUV hauling the boat was going north and the boat came loose and roloed over.
They are asking drivers to slow down and move over for crews at the scene.
No additional information was immediately available.
